Full description of the position

• Manage the onboarding process for new patients, ensuring clarity on next steps.
• Conduct onboarding calls to welcome and orient patients.
• Address daily patient queries and concerns, resolving them directly or coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain patient tracking sheets and update CRM systems to keep client information accurate.
• Assist the sales and finance teams by providing essential client information.
• Conduct consultations with patients to discuss additional treatments or offers, both in-clinic and online.
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Engage in follow-up communications post-treatment to assess results and satisfaction at various intervals.
• Conduct proactive outreach to discuss patient concerns and results, identifying opportunities to build treatment packages and upsell/cross-sell services.
• Efficiently manage incoming calls and patient assistance inquiries.
• Keep patient notes and records up-to-date.
• Facilitate communication across departments to address patient-related issues.
• Participate in additional training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Strive to boost Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by enhancing patient experience.
• Encourage patients to leave reviews on platforms like Yelp and Google.
• Contribute ideas to marketing initiatives.
• Provide feedback to aid in achieving standardized excellence in communication and service.
• Assist in clinic room preparation and cleaning.
• Support physicians and clinical staff as needed, including escorting patients and applying numbing agents, walking them through before and after care, etc.
• Work up to 5 days per week in the clinic, with potential for hybrid arrangements.

Requirements

• Min 2 years sales experience proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Must be computer literate and have access to strong wifi connection with a computer.
• Technical skills required: Moderate, you will have to learn how to use and teach others to use online software platforms.
• Must be extremely outgoing and extroverted, being excited to speak to people and help them solve their problems is a dream job for you.
• Willing and able to work on a US time zone, roughly 9am - 6pm (varies for timezone)
• Patient Care: Dedication to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team, including physicians and support staff.
• Strong organisational skills to manage patient schedules and follow-up appointments.
• Payment Handling: Willingness and ability to handle payment processing and insurance-related tasks if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
