Position: Sales Representative

Location: Wood Dale, IL

Reports to: VP, General Manager

Prime Label & Packaging is looking for a Sales Representative in the Wood Dale, IL area. Major accountabilities are generating leads, developing prospects and supporting existing clients, to attain revenue goals within assigned territory. Works with Customer Service reps to ensure customers get correct quotes and samples. Acquires training and education to gain knowledge in all aspects of our products and services we sell to our customers. Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments.

• Qualifications:

Must have working knowledge of flexographic printing.

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Must have 3-5 years of packaging industry sales experience.
• Must have the initiative to work independently.
• Field travel is necessary to develop new and support existing relationships
• Salary commensurate with experience. Base plus commission.
