Lead Generation Specialist (Contract /1099/Temporary Position)

Join our team at a rapidly expanding Health Insurance Agency in Cleveland. We are seeking qualified individuals with to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will work in the field, generating leads for our sales team to close. This position offers uncapped commission with a base salary of $1,500/week, though most reps will make much more, depending on how many leads are generated.

*NO Insurance Licensure required.*

This is a contract position

Position: Lead Generation Specialist (Contract)
Location: Cleveland, OH (Must be located in Cleveland Metro Area)

Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for engaging with the community to generate interest in our Health Insurance products. This role involves both sales and marketing activities, requiring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outside sales outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive health insurance sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts to inform strategic planning.

Marketing Initiatives:

• Engage with customers at networking events to promote our health insurance services and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal teams to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of our products and services to customers based on their needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• An Insurance License is NOT required for this role.
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively convey the value proposition and technical advantages of our products.
• Proficiency in email, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings or whenever prospects are available.
• Familiarity with health insurance and technology is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: 1099 Contractor (starting at $1,500/week base salary + commission (uncapped)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Flexible schedule offered
