Our Customer Experience Team Member candidates must have superb customer service skills. They must have the ability to develop relationships with existing customers in our target markets & cross sell for new business opportunities.

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
Must have 1 year of customer service experience
Property and Casualty insurance license is required within 60 days of starting (reimbursed by agency)

Preferred Administrative Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly base pay rate of $17.50 - $21 per hour based on experience. The remaining salary is supplemented by Commission opportunities.
Target compensation annually is $40,000 - $60,000 (includes commissions)
Flexibility offered (to be discussed with agency owner)
