We are looking for our next team member! The Property Manager must represent the company in a professional manner, communicate effectively with multiple internal and external clients, and work to build relationships with community officials, residents, real estate professionals, and service providers. The Property Manager must be versed in property management operations and have strong financial acumen. This is not a remote position.

Requirements:

The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the property management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide daily management of properties managed in the division and the residents who occupy them
• Oversee / input information for new owner, tenants & vendors
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, owners, and subcontractors
• Tenant collections
• Oversee / process tenant turn-overs
• Ensure rental licenses and lead certifications are current
• Schedule / manage necessary inspections (licensing, lead, HAP, etc.)
• Liaise with housing programs to process voucher tenant process (new units, annual inspections, leasing)
• Liaise with MarylandRentCourt.com to facilitate evictions
• Produce and provide daily and weekly reports and provide them to management
• Maintain software system (Buildium), backup files (Dropbox or OneDrive), and paper files (if applicable)
• Other projects and tasks, as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of property management, accounting, or office administration experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• Proven computer skills, proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) comfortable using an IPAD and smartphone, proficient in word processing and internet software
• Must be able to work independently and have strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English speech and comprehension required, Spanish speech and comprehension a plus
• Buildium experience a plus
• Valid state drivers license
• Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
