As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position
- Strong background in customer service, account management, technology sales, and business development
- Excellent ability to manage and negotiate complex sales deals
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
