Associate Commercial Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

• Support the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, assisting with maintenance coordination, tenant communications, property inspections and project management related activities.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with safety regulations, providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Leasing Support:

• Assist in leasing activities, including preparing leasing documents, conducting property tours, and responding to leasing inquiries to help maximize occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Financial Assistance:

• Assist in developing and monitoring property budgets, tracking income and expenses, and identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance.
• Learn to analyze property financials and implement strategies to enhance property value and profitability.

Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality property repairs and maintenance, monitoring vendor performance and obtaining competitive bids for services.

Lease Administration:

• Support lease administration tasks, including lease compliance monitoring, rent collection, and lease-related legal matters, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.

Reporting and Research:

• Assist in generating reports on property performance, market trends, and economic conditions, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to inform leasing strategies and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with any property management software(i.e. Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
