```Duties```
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate properties
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other real estate transactions on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
