Madison Phone Repair is the leading supplier of refurbished electronic devices in the Madison area.

We provide exceptional customer service and care for all of our sales and repair services.

No matter the problem a customer is facing for their electronic devices, Madison Phone Repair has a solution.

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, retail sales, and field service. If you are passionate about fixing things and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Provide technical support to customers in person or over the phone
- Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Assist with retail sales as needed
- Conduct field service repairs at customer locations

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in electronics repair or related field
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
