Continental Western Corporation is recognized for high-quality products and customer service and has been a leader in its field for 60 years. With branch offices across the U.S., CWC provides a full line of packaging products including strapping, stretch film, tape and safety products.

We are currently searching for dynamic candidates to join our team in our call center located in San Leandro, CA.

As a CWC call center representative, you would be responsible for interacting with potential customers primarily over the phone. In a pleasant and efficient manner, you will also be working as part of a team focusing on sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Compensation $22.00 24.00 per hour

• High volume daily outbound calling.
• Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
• Strong sales skills and ability to close deals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, professional demeanor and comfortable using the phone.
• Promote company products by thoroughly understanding the customers business.
• A deep desire to provide great customer service with each interaction.
• Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, driven to excel with minimum supervision.
• Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
• Maintain customer/prospect records as well as sales touches in CRM.
• Computer Experience including working knowledge of MS Office.
• An outgoing, upbeat personality and a willingness to learn.
• A pleasant phone voice and an easy-going personality.
• Some experience in a call center environment, helpful but not required.
• Prior experience in the packaging industry, helpful, but not required.
