Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct warm outreach to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire sales process
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Effectively negotiate and finalize sales

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar sales role
• Self-motivated, results driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Effective negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Ability to successfully close sales using effective sales strategies
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytic tools

** This is a 1099 position and in person position. Fully commission-based compensation but can earn additional income through bonus opportunities.
