Boutique independent insurance agency in the Conejo Valley is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager that can work in a team and collaborative environment. Must have a client-focused attitude and value the importance of relationships, professionalism, and trust. Must have solid communication skills, be detail oriented and organized. Experience with Transportation or Trucking as it relates to Commercial Insurance preferred.

Duties:

*Provide Producers and Clients with service needs and updating existing accounts

*Provide a high level of support in maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial accounts

*Assist in the review of company issued new and renewal policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy rating.

*Issue Certificates, ID Cards, Change Requests, Invoices, etc.

*Handle telephone calls and written miscellaneous correspondence

*Maintain office records and files in accordance with the procedures/processes.

Required Skills:

*High School diploma or equivalent

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

*Property & Casualty License

*Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
