Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Become a trusted advisor to our clients, developing long-term relationships and understanding their goals and needs.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and develop strategic account plans.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare regular reports and conduct data analysis to monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
