The Entry Level Business Development Trainee works closely on performance-driven consumer outreach campaigns, providing innovative and strategic ideas to help drive sales revenue for our paramount client accounts. Primary Entry Level Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and escalation as needed
• Assist in creating and implementing customer experience and consumer outreach campaigns to drive revenue and visibility for clients
• Direct sales and customer care with consumers who have shown signs of interest
• Communicating ideas and problem-solving effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Providing thoughtful solutions to inquiries and easing client and customer concerns
• Monitoring personal feedback as a customer service representative and working towards continuous improvement in your scores
• Working efficiently with a team as well as on your own, in order to reach a goal
• Attending quarterly training and networking events
• Continually learn about new products, industry trends, and skills

Qualities of an Entry Level Business Development Trainee Candidate:

• One year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
