Prince Rubber & Plastics Co., Inc. designs and manufactures corrosion resistant rubber and thermoplastic parts for the chemical processing industry, worldwide. Our employees enjoy a variety of challenges that seems to forever keep changing due to the constant striving to improve products, service, etc. Information available at [please apply online] Time Inside Sales Manager Trainee position for manufacturer and fabricator of custom rubber and plastic products, many proprietary, operating from two locations in the USA. This position is located at head office in the beautiful Audubon Business Park in Amherst.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, directing and supporting Order Processing personnel including computer entries, composing and forwarding Quotations, sales discussions with customers including evaluating and negotiating sales agreements, development of terms of inquires with suppliers, expediting with internal and external supply, organizing inquiries for shipping quotations, and Typical Customer Service duties. Work closely with upper management, suppliers and shops for custom proposals and product pricing.

Must be detail oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills, possess technical ability, and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook). Will interface also with company business software as well as all departments across the company.

College Degree or equivalent preferred, and experience in manufacturing environment a plus.

Compensation includes hourly rate, profit sharing plan, 401K, ESOP, medical benefit plan, Company Vacation plan.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
