Established North Las Vegas Manufacturer is looking for administrative assistant to help our sales and planning team with incomming and existing sales orders and administrative duties.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working, good with excel and work and have a good grasp on basic math skills. This position will be helping our sales and engineering team. We have transferred into a system for our sales and learning and getting a good grasp on the system will be essential.

• Help the sales team manage existing orders and new incomming order this will include basic computer skills and Excel and Outlook.
• Generates, runs and formats reports/spreadsheets in Excel.
• Prepare and process sales orders and answer incomming emails and update customers on order status.
• Assist clients with questions and updating on shipping. Coordinate communication with shipping and assembly team and managers
• Prepare, review and submit sales order and the team process new orders and secure product to ship.
• Helps maintain schedule and get caught up as the transfer to the new system
