Wonder Windows, Showers & Baths is looking for a Field Marketing Representatives to set qualified appointments for our outside sales professionals. The primary responsibilities are to generate leads via outbound prospecting DOOR TO DOOR.

You will be going door to door, meeting with hundreds of homeowners and generating leads by offering appointments for our sales team to provide a free in-home consultation.

You will also provide outreach at in-person events by working a tent and table and flagging down potential customers and generating brand awareness.

You will participate in other sales and marketing strategies and be a key contributor to all direct response face-to-face marketing efforts..

Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by Wonder to develop rapport and influence homeowners in targeted territories to secure sales appointments.

Go door-to-door in targeted areas looking for issues with current homes to introduce Wonder's products and offers to potential customers, knocking 120 doors/daily.

Demonstrate knowledge of our products and services being canvassed to persuade homeowners to schedule a free inspection and quote on specific home improvement projects.

Confidently answer questions to help homeowners and address objections to meet daily goals set by the Marketing Department.

Work home shows, fairs and festivals as requested by the Marketing Department.

Attend on and off-premise meetings.

Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly quotas set by the Marketing Department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
