Sales & Customer Service Representative

• Greeting customers that come in the door and providing superior customer service
• Answering phone calls, transferring calls, retrieving messages
• Assist with new quote request fulfillment on a variety of digital print products
• General sales processing assistance
• Customer communications and helping maintain work flow of inhouse projects
• Admin assistance and data entry
• Document retrieval and distributing to correct digital files
• Notifying customers of orders ready to pick up
• Permit research assistance
• Open/Closing shop and locking up at the end of the day
• Other tasks as needed/required

Requirements:

Desired:

Minimum of 1 years in the sign and graphics industry
Minimum of 3 years working in a service or sales oriented office environment
Experience using QuickBooks Online desired
