Precision Camera & Video is Texas premier camera, photography and video store. We are staffed by true experts with real-world photography and video experience. Were an authorized dealer for all major imaging brands. We have a professional imaging lab, offer camera and equipment rentals, repair services and host an amazing selection of camera and photography classes.

A qualified applicant would have great customer service skills, previous experience with up-selling over the phone and camera equipment knowledge.

Looking to hire a time management guru with a can-do attitude that is motivated and willing to go above and beyond to continuously innovate our customers' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice and fill incoming online orders received through our website.
• Contact customers to develop relationships and up-sell applicable products.
• Timely responses to customers via email, web chat, Facebook messenger, phone, etc.
• Handle customer service-oriented questions in regard to product, shipping, returns, etc.
• Resolve issues with orders, shipments, products, etc.
• Educate customers on the benefits of photo/video accessories or light education on current equipment
• Inspect orders for fraudulent activity
• Assist in continued development of ideal digital client experience

Required Qualifications:

• Photography and videography equipment knowledge
• Customer service experience
• CRM experience
• Be able to multi-task with a level head
• Weekend availability

Beneficial Qualifications:

• Experience with Bigcommerce or other e-commerce platforms
• Basic coding experience

• Hourly, plus commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
