Now Hiring - Chapman Automotive Group, L.L.C. - Express Service Advisor in Tucson, AZ

We are looking for a Express Service Advisor to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are sociable, proactive, and work well under pressure. Strong automotive sales experience will be required. Previous dealership experience is preferred, but not necessary. Successful candidates are driven to achieve, enjoy speaking to an array of people, and perform well under commission structures.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers by scheduling services, writing work orders, and advising of necessary service
• Provide estimates for needed repairs, obtain customer authorizations and collect payments
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in-person
• Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Previous automotive industry sales experience is required
• Previous dealership experience is a HUGE plus!
• You are people-focused, connect easily to others, and are flexible to client needs
• You manage time effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• You are a confident decision-maker
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Possess a clean driving record and a valid drivers license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
