Verizon Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Oversees the day-to-day procedures and performance of the sales and customer service departments to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients
- Understands the overarching company mission, as well as communicates and models our core values of the organization, to create a sense of camaraderie and mentorship among employees
- Manages customer concerns with ease and ensures an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
- Participates in office meetings expressing new and innovative ideas to improve sales margins and increase the efficiency of the sales and customer service team
- Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist direct reports in achieving enhanced performance
- Monitors the competitive environment within the community and makes recommendations to the direct leader regarding adjustments necessary to maintain a competitive position
- Contributes feedback to sales executives, including recommendations on new sales techniques and how we present products or sales promotions to new customers
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Shadows senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge
Verizon Account Representative Requirements:
