This service-oriented insurance agency is owned & operated locally and has been a pillar in the community for 10 years! We are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Agency office and that currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

Total Compensation Package: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus a $2,000 licensing bonus will be offered after 90 days of employment for hired candidates who have a valid P&C license prior to starting employment. Comp includes Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Competitive Pay Plan including base + commissions

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

• Currently have a CO Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
• Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
