We are seeking a coachable, passionate, financially-driven sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives to sell our home, auto, & life insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time W-2 sales agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses protect and grow their assets! You will also launch a career where you can focus solely on sales without a customer service handicap, we buy all of your leads, and we even hire a telemarketer for you to help you get in contact with more people.

We have all the leads and you will even have your own telemarketer. We have no remote agents, instead we like to make sure we create a fun and team-based culture within our agencies and then get home to our families and hobbies. Let's get you making some great money!!!!

The position offered is in the insurance industry primarily selling Home and Auto Insurance. However, you will have the opportunity to also learn and get licensed to sell Life & Health Insurance. We hire star performers with great personalities, not backgrounds if you have what it takes Apply Now!

Salary: $50000.00 - $125000.00 per year

• Exceed fair and attainable production goals, mostly over the phone!
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Sales Dealers, Property Managers etc.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• A property & casualty license is not required because we will license and train driven and coachable people
