Tasca Buick GMC located in Melbourne is actively seeking Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individuals who understand the wants and needs of our online automotive customers and are able overcome objections in a professional manner and be able to set solid sales appointments. The primary goal of a BDC Representative is to increase showroom traffic for our Sales Department. We are looking for motivated representatives to go above and beyond that sets us apart from our competitors. Associates will interact professionally with hundreds of customers online and over the phone by responding to opportunities in a timely fashion, answer car buying questions, provide product knowledge information and help guide customers effectively from the phone and/or internet contact to an in-store experience while providing the best-in-class customer experience is the key for success.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of sales & service experience in a high volume environment, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Computer proficiency and tech savvy
• Navigate between multiple automotive computer applications to address questions being asked
• Grammar Fluency and Professional text/email etiquette is a must
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including some evenings, Saturdays and holidays
• Proactively engage with potential customers by developing a positive rapport
• Ability to work in a structured environment, have a strong work ethic, and can work independently and as a team
• Goal driven and is competitive to exceed expectations within a professional manner and environment
• Must be able to multi-task, attention to detail is a must, identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, ability to think quickly and be confident on the info you are delivering to the customer to gain their trust

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
