Full description of the position

Perform diversified sales and customer service duties. Role requires the ability to use technical and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers in order to sell products and services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:

• Plan and perform sales work; develop sales leads; cultivate and maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Work from broad objectives and assignments to secure sales orders from existing and new accounts; demonstrate and promote companys product capability to customers; meet with all levels of customers management to develop a thorough understanding of the customers needs.
• Monitor competitive activity in the marketplace; determine value management/positioning of the product in the market and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with buyers/manufacturing to establish scheduling of manufacturing and/or shipment dates
• Analyze market trends and recommend sales and promotion techniques.
• Support finance in securing open accounts receivables from customer base.
• Support internal and external customers with logistical required information.
• Perform various other similar or associated duties as assigned or directed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Associate Degree plus one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. The training time required for this position is generally six to nine months.

Schedule:
This position requires a rotating on-call schedule that includes some nights and weekends, as well as rotating holidays. This rotation is split among all CSRs.

The pay range is $43,500-52,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
