Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport with customers
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our products or services
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales or set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Knowledge of inside sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with market research and lead generation methods
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling and warm calling techniques
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
