We are currently seeking an Entry Level Food Service Sales Associate to join the team at our Twin Cities, Minnesota location. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate, or new to the sales industry, willing to learn from an experienced team. If you are a methodical, team-oriented worker, and love producing polished work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Managing existing customer relations
• Staying up to date on fresh produce markets and specialty foods availability
• Exhibit a strong business development mindset by active and continuous prospecting
• Introduce new products and conduct product cuttings / sales demonstrations
• Hold yourself accountable to hitting your numbers
• Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with key decision makers

Qualifications for the position include:

• Reside in Twin Cities or within 20 miles
• Valid drivers license
• Sales experience a plus
• 1 or more years in foodservice/produce a plus
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Must be able to think strategically and develop short & long term plans
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to research and provide proactive solutions
• Proficiency aptitude and commitment to our CRM
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Zoom teleconferencing.
