Full description of the position

```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting them with their lighting needs
- Conduct lighting design consultations and create customized lighting solutions for clients
- Utilize CAD software to create visual representations of lighting designs
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a lighting or interior design setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating lighting designs is highly desirable
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Knowledge of interior design principles and concepts is beneficial
- Ability to operate a cash register and POS system accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 40 per week
