Kia Autosport of Pensacola is searching for the right candidate to join our highly successful Business Development Team for Sales and Service opportunities. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well spoken, hardworking individual with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities - BDC Representative:

• Respond to online and incoming sales/service opportunities

• Generate showroom traffic via lead management

• Assist customers in vehicle information and research

• Be consistent daily in all follow up via phone, text and email

Requirements:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule. The current position available is a shift 4 position which does include a set monthly schedule. Excellent customer service skills

*Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")

*A great work ethic and punctual

*Must have experience working with technology. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.

*Must possess verbal/written communication skills, and presentation skills.

*MUST LOVE working on the phones and helping customers.

*Likes to be a part of a Team and is a Team Player!
