BARR Financial Services LLC is seeking a qualified professional to fill the full-time position of Relationship Manager / Office Manager at its financial planning firm located in Winter Park, FL. This starting position represents long-term career growth within the company.
The successful candidate will demonstrate superior organizational skills, high energy, a desire to learn new things, and the ability to thrive in an always-evolving setting. Daily responsibilities include supporting the Founder & President as well as additional Investment Advisors. This position is hands-on for all critical aspects of their departments management functions including but not limited to phone & calendar management, all aspects of client review paperwork preparation and servicing any & all aspects of our clients needs.
This individual will interact directly with each of our Team members as well as our clients & vendors. This position requires strong initiative and personal ownership of their work product.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years Prior Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior management
- Must demonstrate expertise in use of computer hardware and software applications including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and the desire and ability to learn other database software management programs (Redtail CRM, CMX, and more).
- Proficiency in use of copy and fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and organization and maintenance of paper files and reference materials is required.
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality required.
The ideal candidate we seek must be a positive, team player and have exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both orally and in writing as well as maintaining complete and accurate records.
Job Type: Full-time, M-F 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Pay: Negotiable, with bonus/profit sharing
