Electro Tech, Inc. is an electric motor sales and service business inclusive of many major motor manufacturers. Repairs include AC and DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, and servo motors.

Some of our services include, but are not limited to balancing, rewinding, motor redesigning, welding, machining, and bearing replacement. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and customer service and are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven inside sales representative to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the motor industry; Industrial / Commercial Sales. The inside sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, setting sales appointments, quoting customers, and closing sales, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Major Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods

Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and budget constraints

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products and services

Overcome objections and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products and services

Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales performance, and report on sales activity

Qualifications:

Associates degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field Experience

2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the electro-mechanical industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using sales automation tools and CRM software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
