Responsibilities
Client Management: Provide prompt, accurate, and positive service to business clients.
Policy Administration: Manage and maintain commercial insurance policies, ensuring accuracy.
Agency Database Management: Process all policy documentation and maintain accurate records in the agency database system.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risks and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Claims Handling: Assist clients in navigating the claims process, advocating on their behalf.
Renewal Management: Proactively review policies nearing expiration, provide renewal options, and address any coverage modifications.
Commercial Lines Team member: Work closely with agency Producers and Management to provide clients with a complete service team and experience.
Requirements
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial insurance products, coverage types, and industry standards.
Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Analytical Abilities: Aptitude for analyzing insurance policies, identifying coverage gaps, and providing tailored solutions.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, documents, and client information.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
