Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Service Delivery Manager & Regional Manager

SERVICE DELIVERY SPECIALIST

We are currently searching for a Service Delivery Specialist who enjoys interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. This position is responsible for taking inbound customer sales calls and assisting onsite walk-ins with their golf cart rental interests. This unique position will also be assisting the Regional Manager & Service Delivery Manager with administrative office responsibilities as the company continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for someone who has a fun personality and who enjoys working with others and delivering an unparalleled customer service experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience handling inbound sales calls or customer service needs
  • Ability to make reservations while setting proper expectations with customers
  • Experience utilizing Point of Sales Systems
  • Ability to execute delivery and pickup schedules daily
  • Recommending and implementing strategies to improve overall customer service quality and office operations
  • Assisting with routing and scheduling needs
  • Ensuring accurate inventory control of assets
  • Assisting in planning and recommending necessary product workflows

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound sales calls and reservations
  • Assist customers with their questions & needs
  • Work through adverse scenarios calmly and successfully
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service & satisfaction
  • Oversee and participate in the delivery & pick up of golf cart rentals (as needed)
  • Ensure Rental Agreements are signed daily
  • Start & end rentals in the Point-of-Sale System daily
  • Assist with cart registrations & insurance cards
  • Assistance with tracking inventory as needed
  • Assistance with daily scheduling & routing
  • Assist with charging fuel & damage chargers
  • Communicate directly with management team on overall location performance
  • Assist with marketing & advertising materials and distribution
  • Assist with planning company and partner events/gifts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales or customer service experience 3+ years (preferred)
  • Prior leadership experience, leading a team or multiple projects
  • Ability to lead by example during stressful situations
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment within a rapidly growing company
  • Ability to work 8:30AM-5:30PM Monday Friday & Weekends as needed (planned in advance)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Point of Sales Systems

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place supplies up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
  • Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment
  • Enters and locates information on computer
  • Visually verifies information, often in small print
  • Presents information to small and large groups
  • Safely operates motor vehicles
  • Experience driving pickup trucks with trailers (preferred but not required)

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday 8:30AM 5:30PM & Weekends as Needed to fill in (Will plan in advance)

*Note: During specific date ranges more weekends may be required. Major holidays are also required but can work around if planned well in advance.

PAY RATE

$16-$20 per hour with bonus opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
