Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to individuals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Must have a 240/215 license

- Call center Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to market insurance products effectively
- Retail sales experience is a plus
