Job Summary:
The Recruitment Advertising Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new employment sales initiatives, contacting clients and prospects and developing current packages & product sets to ensure they align with the marketplace and needs of our clients.
Commission Eligible - $20,000.00 annual target.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales initiatives.
- Contact clients and prospects and develop current packages and product sets.
- Assess client needs and provide amazing customer service.
- Consistently exhibit energetic, inspiring qualities that instill confidence with our clients that they have partnered with the best in the industry.
- Own accountability through scorecards, daily emails & tracking via CRM.
- Develop and implement go to market strategies.
- Consistently meet established goals.
- Attend local Human Resource Association meetings.

Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience selling [please apply online] [please apply online] LinkedIn, or Indeed.com a plus.
- 2-5 years minimum of sales, cold calling and prospecting experience.
- Experience with Brainworks, Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
- Experience with Wanted Analytics leads source a plus.
