Position Available: Salesperson for Showroom

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Salesperson for our showroom at H&C Kitchen & Bath, Design center showroom. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our showroom, and assisting them in selecting the perfect fixtures and materials for their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming clients to our showroom and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Build relationships with clients and contractors understanding their project requirements and offering tailored solutions to help bring their vision to life.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the showroom is impeccably organized and visually appealing at all times.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for our clients.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the home improvement or design industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and helping others.
• A keen eye for design and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference experience in 2020 design
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
