Primary Responsibilities

  • Networking, networking, networking!
  • Generate increased buyer traffic through open houses, social media, video, blog articles, prospecting, and regular community events.
  • Maintain planned presence at regular open houses and engage all guests, establishing a relationship and determining their home buying needs utilizing the lea teams in-depth discovery process.
  • Obtain guest information, enter into CRM and implement effective follow up strategies to move prospects along the sales process.
  • Conduct successful tours with buyers, answering questions, providing information about the community and discussing features of the homes.
  • Consult buyers to select preferred home site, floor plan and general design budget.
  • Master and track relevant market, demographic, buyer data, economic data and periodically present and practice with teammates.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Active Tennessee Real Estate license
  • Willing to get Georgia Real estate license if not already licensed
  • Prior experience in real estate sales preferred
  • Prior experience and strong track record in direct sales required
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of real estate required

Compensation

  • Significant income opportunity with generous commission structure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 45 per week
