Experienced Multi-Family Property Manager needed in Tulsa, OK for a 250 unit property. Bring your experience and leadership to a great, locally owned, well established and continually growing property management company.

Must have minimum 2 years experience as property manager, reliable transportation and be able to pass the background and drug screening. Along with a salary, this position is eligible for commissions, bonus and rental discounts at certain Winfield properties.

Our Property Managers are responsible for operating and maintaining the property to the highest standards of safety, quality and cleanliness while supervising staff, building vendor relationships and working within the community budget. Come join our team!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
