PERSONAL LINES (Auto and Home) insurance SALES agent needed to join our busy office. Looking for licensed agents to help generate new business and service existing business.

Duties

• Call potential clients and existing clients and help them find the insurance solutions that best meet their needs
• Interview clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage
• Explain the features of various policies
• Analyze clients current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
• Handle policy renewals
• Maintain electronic and paper records

Requirements

• Must have a current CA insurance license.
• MUST BE SALES ORIENTED!
• At least one year of experience.
• Ok spending the majority of the day sitting at a desk.
• Spanish AND English speaking is a huge plus.

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday that includes an hourly wage plus commission on new sales. Health benefits and paid time off are offered. Our office is a combination of professional sales environment mixed with a team who knows how to have some fun, laugh and enjoy what we do.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
