ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an in-office Agent's Assistant "El Paso Team Lead", you will empower our agency by implementing and supporting our office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. You will assist prospects and customers with sales and customer service interactions to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services and be the go to for the El Paso Sales and Operations Managers. Since Beth Santillans State Farm Agency also supports agencies in both the Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS locations, a key responsibility will be to coordinate and maintain communication amongst all three sites.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma - or the equivalent
• Relevant State Farm Experience
• Knowledge of State Farm business practices including systems and processes
• Bilingual Spanish Required
• Must possess Property & Casualty License and Life & Health Licenses
• Critical thinking skills
• Sales Experience Preferred
• Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Experience in Marketing
• Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
• Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

Responsibilities:

• Support team members with adherence to meeting quality standards and following proper policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and answer questions.
• Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and resolving escalated complaints and/or disputes.
• Train employees on job duties, work procedures and company policies.
• Provide proactive recommendations regarding staff and procedural changes.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM located in El Paso, TX (40 Hr. Work Week)

Compensation (Exempt/Salaried): $40,000-$65,000+
