East End, Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join the team. As an integral part of the agency, you will collaborate closely with Producers, CSRs, and Underwriters to provide exceptional service to our clients. This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, providing flexibility and convenience, along with a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage a diverse book of business within Commercial Lines.
• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
• Handle endorsements and underwriting requests.
• Round out and up-sell accounts to maximize opportunities.
• Renew policies, including surplus lines, and prepare renewal proposals.
• Address billing inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Manage audit disputes efficiently.
• Process cancellations and reinstatements accurately.

Requirements:

• Hold a Valid KY Property & Casualty License: Possess a valid Kentucky Property & Casualty license.
• Demonstrate Personal Account Management Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Account Management.
• Exhibit Professionalism and Integrity: Showcase ethical conduct, professionalism, intelligence, and a personable demeanor. Display high levels of motivation, energy, and responsibility.
• Excellent Communication: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking Abilities: Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Computer Proficiency: Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and insurance management systems.
• Team Player: Maintain a collaborative and cooperative attitude within the team.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
