We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representatives and our Protege Agent Training program. In these roles, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable policies.
• Customize insurance solutions to fit clients' budgets, preferences, and risk profiles.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide support, address inquiries, and promote additional products or services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
