In this entry level Retail Sales and Customer Engagement role, you'll serve as the frontline contact for customers, resolving issues with empathy and positivity. Through training and product knowledge, you'll provide expert assistance and recommendations tailored to each customer's needs. Upholding professionalism and following guidelines is key, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, resolving issues with empathy and positivity
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our services through training sessions and client interactions
• Provide expert assistance to customers, promoting products and services effectively
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain accurate customer records
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and achieving sales targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Calm under pressure and naturally helpful attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth
• Friendly, people-oriented demeanor

Pay: From $770.00 per week
