We are actively in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast growing organization.

This position will require an individual who is self-motivated, thoughtful, organized, and will actively learn how to contribute to the success of our company.

In this role, the primary focus will be a customer service function and, depending upon your experience, will entail quoting and product support as well as introducing new offerings of products and/or services to an established customer base. Customer interfacing includes follow-up from web information requests, contacting existing customers as required, and responding to requests for quotations. Other related duties may be assigned.

Depending upon your experience, expertise and skill set, you may be involved with duties also related to Accounts Receivable, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control.

Responsibilities will include: Contact customers on a continuous basis, in an effort to promote new and existing products/services offerings Make cold calls, customer care calls, inquiry calls, and customer satisfaction calls Capture accurate and complete information in CRM (Customer Management System) to maintain and expand the database of prospects of an organization Review and interpret customer contracts such as purchase orders, RFQ's, Technical Support or our Manufactures Products.
Maintain weekly status updates on sales opportunities against target goals.
