```Duties``` - Conduct warm calling to potential clients and provide information about our products and services - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns - Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions, update information, and generate reports ```Experience``` - Proven experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in a technology-related industry - Strong ability to engage with clients through warm calling and effectively communicate product features and benefits - Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth - Experience in account management, including maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying upselling opportunities - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and generating reports We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Specialist to join our team.
