We are an energetic, motivated, and driven team of self-starters looking for like-minded candidates for a direct sales opportunity. Leads are provided, and virtual appointments have been implemented. While you do not need to have direct sales experience, we ARE looking for candidates with stellar communication skills, a tremendous work ethic, and those who are looking to grow with us.

The Rotolo Agency - Tampa assists individuals with virtual enrollment in benefits programs, such as Life Insurance and Supplemental Benefits. An exclusive company that usually works with union members & licensed professionals for over 70 years. Competitive sales arena with room for unlimited growth & advancement within the company. We are currently expanding and competitively hiring sales representatives and managers for our Tampa office.

The Ideal Candidate can:

• Identify and respond to client needs.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Establish relationships with new customers.
• Excellent accountability.

Qualifications for this position:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Confident and charismatic approach to people.
• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

COMPENSATION:

• Weekly Pay
• Residual Income

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
