As a small family run business, we focus extensively on creating and maintaining solid relationships and providing a high level of customer service. We're looking for the right person to add to our team that is motivated to grow with us.
Excellent opportunity awaits the experienced HVAC product sales professional. We have immediate openings for established Application/Sales Representatives having commercial HVAC product knowledge, specifically with Air Distribution, Variable Volume Terminal Units, Ventilation Fans, Life Safety Dampers, plus more.
Must be experienced in determining HVAC needs and recommend suitable solutions to potential and existing customers. The primary goal of this position is to develop and follow up on leads, build relationships with designers, contractors and building owners, prepare, close, and fulfill sales orders with special attention to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Educate prospective and existing customers on available product offerings.
- Consult with Engineers, Contractors and Building Occupants to assess their HVAC needs, discuss options, and recommend the appropriate solutions.
- Participate in training on the latest industry technologies. Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, products, and services to effectively educate customers and make informed recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, detailing the benefits of HVAC products and services to potential customers.
- Formulate complete and accurate sales proposals; Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and continuously follow up on potential leads.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
What You Will Need
- HVAC equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Windows based software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.
