Who are we?
Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is family-owned and operated, and we provide full service HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning and sewer repair/install services. After serving the Portland and Vancouver metro areas for more than 35 years, we recently added residential HVAC and plumbing services in the greater Boise, ID area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone using a variety of techniques
• Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills
• Updates and maintains prospect database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis, assuring management of prospect database and assures customers orders are fulfilled
• Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications for research and documentation
• Meet monthly performance targets and required daily KPIs
• Work with marketing department to develop

Qualifications:

• Must have proficient PC, decision making and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in order to communicate effectively with customers
• Previous outbound call experience is preferred
• Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong phone, email, texting, and follow up skills required
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight

Pay and benefits:

Job Type: Full-time / Part time
Salary: Full time 50k to 65k per year

• Pay will be hourly plus KPI-based spiffs and commissions on sales

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person with the possibility of remote after training
