Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:

Develop an in-depth understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of both new and pre-owned vehicles in our inventory.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive products.

Customer Engagement:

Engage customers online and in person in a friendly and professional manner.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and guide them towards suitable vehicle options.

Provide product demonstrations and test drives to showcase key features and benefits.

Sales Process:

Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service center to provide comprehensive solutions and meet customer needs.

Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Productivity and Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving and exceeding daily and monthly productivity and sales targets.

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the dealership.

Qualifications:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and task oriented skills.

Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for delivering a positive buying experience.

Maintain knowledge of automotive technology, features, and industry trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
