Join Our Recruitment Team: Our recruiters are the backbone of our organization. They work closely with our Director of Talent to find and retain some of the best candidates in the industry. And guess what? They love what they do! Our "People-First" culture is more than a motto; it's a way of life.

Your Skills:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience is a must.
- Posting and managing job ads on platforms like Indeed, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Participating in career fairs and hiring events.
- Identifying, screening, and referring top talent to hiring managers.
- Keeping us on track to achieve weekly/monthly recruiting targets.
- Assisting with talent scheduling, onboarding and orientation.
- Any other duties that come your way we are an evolving team that pivots quickly.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in high volume Recruiting is preferred
- Experienced in outside sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel.
- Comfortable handling confidential data.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail is second nature to you.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
